TRAVEL
Flights are not included; you will need to book them separately through your own preferred online travel providers. The sooner you book, the cheaper the flights will be, as most flights need to be paid in full.
Unfortunately, as per the terms and conditions we don’t offer refunds. If you have alternative travel insurance and are eligible for a flight refund under their terms and conditions, please contact them directly to make your claim.
Yes – It is advisable when travelling to obtain travel insurance. However, this decision is down to the individual and we will not be held liable for any sickness, injury, loss or theft.
Due to the number of attendees and the various flight times and airline options available; we will NOT be offering any airport transfers from the airport to the Marina. You will need to use the airport taxis at the taxi point, located outside the departures hall. Alternatively, you can download “Careem” . This app will allow you to book taxis and is used in the same way as Uber in the UK.
The pier is approximately 20 minutes from Dubai International Airport.
A link will be provided to all attendees once payment is made in full for the weekender. This link will allow guests to book a complimentary boat slot for arrival. Please note that you will need to be at the pier 15 minutes before the departure time for verification.
The free boat transfer is scheduled every 2 hours (10 am to 10 pm) and will take approximately 30-40 minutes to reach the Heart of Europe-World Islands
No – The island is only accessible by a boat.
If you suffer from travel sickness, please bear in mind that the crossing to the hotel is via the sea and therefore it may be a good idea to take an anti-sickness or wear a travel sickness band. We will NOT be able to provide these on the day.
Upon arrival at the hotel, a designated member of the team will be onsite to greet you and to provide you with a wristband. Wristbands will need to be worn for the duration of the weekender and in the unlikely event yours is damaged or removed you must tell a member of the team and have a replacement provided.
ACCOMODATION
Yes, on arrival to the hotel subject to availability, at an additional cost.
This means the room type could be garden view, sea view, pool view, rain street view. Rooms will be allocated on arrival to the hotel, subject to availability.
Yes, it will be an add on at the checkout on the website, when you purchase your weekend package.
Yes – No need to pack adapters at all
Check in is at 3pm, if you arrive prior to this time, the hotel staff will try their best to accommodate you but there is no guarantee. So, feel free to grab some food or a drink whilst you wait.
Early check in will be available subject to a fee and must be pre booked in advance online.

If you require further assistance, a WhatsApp number will be provided, where a member of the team will further assist you. This WhatsApp will not be monitored outside of these hours 10am to 5pm and any queries outside of these hours will be responded to the following day.

We're an adult-only (21+) hotel with music played in public areas until late and with a 24-hour swimming pool and café.
Dubai City tax will be charge by the hotel on arrival at 20 AED per room, per night.
PAYMENT PLANS
All payments will be made via a secure portal via your personal online account & direct debit.
The deposit will be £150 per person, per booking made.
Yes – payment plans will be made available and can be managed via your personal online account. There will be 6 monthly payments of £150 per person to cover the total cost of the trip.
If for any reason you need to amend your payment details, please login to your account and make the change no later than 5 days before the next payment is due to be taken, to avoid any issues.
Once you have created an account, you will be able to view your booking, access itineraries and make additional payments
Yes, this can be done via your account. You can upgrade your board option form breakfast to all inclusive.
Once your payment plan is set up, we will automatically charge your card for the monthly agreed amount on the agreed date. If for any reason the payment cannot be collected on this date or there are insufficient funds available. We will retry the payment within 7 working days, this will allow you time to ensure that the funds become available. If the same payment fails after 3 attempts, your booking will be at risk of cancellation.
