Booking Confirmation

A booking shall be deemed confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment, as applicable.

  1. Payments, Deposits, and Fees

  2. All deposits and monies paid toward the Originals Destination Holiday are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. This applies without exception, including but not limited to cancellation, failure to attend, changes in personal circumstances, or inability to travel.

  3. Cancellations

  4. In the event of cancellation by the participant for any reason whatsoever, no refund will be issued and the booking may not be transferred to another individual or to a future event.

  5. City tax

  6. Dubai City tax will be charge by the hotel on arrival at 20 AED per room, per night.

  7. Travel Documentation

  8. Participants are solely responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, health documentation, and any other travel requirements necessary for entry into Dubai and return travel.

  9. Amendments and Changes

  10. The organisers reserve the right to amend the itinerary, accommodation, activities, or scheduling where reasonably necessary. Such changes shall not entitle participants to a refund.

  11. Participant Conduct

  12. All participants are required to comply with local laws, customs, and regulations of the United Arab Emirates. The organisers reserve the right to remove any participant whose conduct is deemed inappropriate, with no entitlement to a refund.

  13. Acceptance of Terms

  14. Payment of any deposit or fee constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
